With a career in the automotive industry spanning more than two decades, I bring experience, dedication, and a people-first approach to everything I do. I began my journey in the auto industry in 2004 and have continued to grow and evolve within the field ever since. Originally from Southern California, I relocated to Indiana in 2016, where I’ve built both my professional and personal life. Family is at the center of everything I do. I’ve been married to my wife, JulieAnn Chavez, for 26 years, and together we are proud parents of two children—a 16-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. Both are active rugby players with the Westside program, which keeps our family busy and engaged in the local community. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and making memories at amusement parks. These interests reflect my appreciation for balance, teamwork, and enjoying the journey—values I also bring into my professional life.
